MyFitnessPal?
Hey,
I've seen a few people talking about using MyFitnessPal in conjunction with cambridge. How do people use it? Do you just log the shakes/soups and any meals if on SS+ or upwards? I'd love to use it and see if it could help me
xx

Hey
I use it and it's really good. I started on the 810 plan and now I've gone up to the next one for December. It really helps. You have to be really honest tho and put in everything. You really see it if your naughty. You can put in exercise aswell and see how much your burning.
I love it.

I use it and I've changed all my targets (cals/carbs/fat) to match the 810 plan
although you get a red message everyday saying you're not eating enough but I can live with that.
