Just wanted at say hi.... I've been on minimins since 2009 messing around with lots of different diets but the only one I've been successful with is CD so today I've decided to come back to lose as much as possible by 21st Dec then get to my 9st 7 goal in the new year.... I'm just trying to find a new CDC and will update with my start weight/ date etc ASAP...
