    Buddies Wanted - Male with lots to lose

    HI all, new to he forum and to the plan, I am a 30yr old male with quite a bit to shift, on day 2 and realised I'm gonna be very reliant on this forum if i'm going to succeed so it would be good to have a buddy ideally in a similar position to me.

    My targets are as below...
    Week 1 -13lb


    Target 1 - Get into 22's in Week 1
    Target 2 - 21st 4lbs (Under 300lbs/ bmi39) by New Years Day
    Target 3 - 19st 13.9 by Valentines Day
    Target 4 - Into 17's by April 6th
