    Ketosis

    How soon can it happen. I had funny feeling at the end of day 1 then nothing has really changed since then. To be honest, I'm not really struggling as I expected, only day 3 and its tough but nowhere near as difficult as I remember the first time I tried the plan
    Week 1 -13lb


    Target 1 - Get into 22's in Week 1
    Target 2 - 21st 4lbs (Under 300lbs/ bmi39) by New Years Day
    Target 3 - 19st 13.9 by Valentines Day
    Target 4 - Into 17's by April 6th

    Hiya x


    I'm on day 5 and believed that mine kicked in yesterday x I had a very bad headache on day 2 but since upping my water by 1/2 pint I've felt fine x x

    Today has been quite hard for craving food, but I also think it's cos it's my only day off this week and cos I'm relaxing I've got more time to think about food & being hungry! x

    I went for a weigh in yesterday & after 3 days I'd lost 4 1/4 pound & 2"off of my waist already....so hang on in there!!!

    Do many people use the ketostix? I never have - have just assumed that I am in ketosis as have stuck to the plan? :S
    Started Cambridge Diet 12/11/12...

    I have to make THIS diet work...

    I don't bother with the sticks! I tend to get a headache day 3 then I'm fine and no longer hungry! That's my ketosis! Love it! X
