    advice

    Hi everyone


    I need some advice, I want to start back on the Cambridge diet ASAP ! But I have my works Christmas party tomorrow which I don't think will be to much of a problem as I just won't have any of the food... It's just the temptation of everyone drinking around me. Also on Friday I have a works meal out that I can't get out of.

    Soo what I need help with is when do you guys think I should start the diet?? If I don't eat or drink tomorrow night and stick to salad or chicken and veg on Friday do you think that will be ok??

    Diet: was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    Height: 5ft4in
    Start Date: 21/9/09
    Start Weight: 232lb
    Current Weight: 179.8lb
    Goal Weight: 140lb
    Goal Date: when i get there.


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 39.8
    Current BMI: 30.9
    Goal BMI: 24


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 52.2lb
    Weight to Lose: 39.8lb
    % Lost 22.5%
    Start.. at least it will be a start, know that you have these two planned nights and that you face any gain, with the knowledge that it is not an excuse to go off plan.

    I started last Monday again, and I've got next Friday and Sunday off but will be back on it Saturday in-between and straight on it again Monday...

    Ultimate Goal
    140lbs (10 stone!!)
    Current weight: 179.8lbs
    Weight to go: 39.8lbs

    Easter Goal
    To lose 28lbs
    Start weight- 13 stone 3.6lbs
    Current weight- 12 stone 11.8lbs
    Total- 5.4lbs gone

    Slim Down For Summer Goal Date: 24th May 2013
