I'm thinking I'm going to have xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day, new yrs eve and new yrs day off plan, I know I'm going to gain, but its all about damage limitation right? Keeping gains to a minimum over the festive season... Anyone else having time off over xmas and new yr? ould be interesting to see how others plan to handle this tough time to diet!xx
