How long does the weak feeling last?

I'm on day 11 & doing well. Everyday I feel a little different which I know is to be expected. The thing I experience the most is weakness, which again I know is normal at the start, but how long does it usually take to feel normal again? Next week I want to get back into exercise, ill start with low intensity, but I feel so weak & achy I'm not sure ill be able to manage. Wondered how everyone else finds it?

I never did any exercise when I was on CD last time-I just didn't feel up to it.I did walk a lot though which made up for it.When my knees stop hurting I might try some low impact exercise this time round. But I doubt it-I don't have much time for exercise.
