    50...no not shades of grey...50 reasons to lose weight

    1.to not get out of breath
    2.to look more graceful
    3.to not have to wear trousers all the time cos of thigh rub
    4.to be able to buy knee high boots-can't currently do so as my calves are huge
    5.to have clothes take up less space on the line
    6.to like what I see in the mirror
    7.to enjoy posing for photos
    8.to not have aches and pains when I walk
    9.to not be worried about breaking chairs
    10.to not have the mattress dip down so much on my side of the bed
    11.to be able to run
    12.to be able to buy nice fitted clothes
    13.to wear watches that aren't too tight
    14.to get a new tattoo and not worry it'll look awful
    15.to reduce my blood pressure
    16.to have more energy
    17.to fit in a plane seat properly
    18.to be able to sit in seats with arms and not get squashed
    19.to not have waistbands digging into me
    20.to be able to bend and pick things up off the floor easily
    21.to not struggle putting socks on
    22.to not stick out in family photos
    23.to be able to wear my old rings again
    24.to find a man lol
    25.to not have the doctor blame everything on my weight
    26.to inspire other people to lose weight
    27.to make one certain friend jealous of my weight loss
    28.to be able to dance
    29.to be able to take Milly(greyhound) for longer walks
    30.to not feel embarrassed to go swimming
    31.to wear leggings
    32.to buy clothes in a normal shop
    33.to go horse riding again
    34.to not have under my boobs rubbing
    35.to buy much smaller bras
    36.to not have my handbag slip off my shoulder
    37.to not struggle with the stairs at work
    38.to borrow my eldest daughter's clothes
    39.to be able to wear a belt
    40.to feel sexier
    41.to not worry the lift will break down when several people get in with me in Boots
    42.to be able to jump up and down without feeling like I'm having a heart attack
    43.to look more graceful getting in and out of my car
    44.to be able to see my collarbones
    45.to be more comfortable in cinema seats
    46.to be able to lie down in the bath comfortably
    47.to be able to get out of my car even in small car park spaces
    48.to escape from zombies if there is ever a zombie apocalypse LOL
    49.to not sweat as much in summer
    50.to be able to chase Damon Salvatore(vampire diaries) if he ever comes my way

    Here is my 50 Copied and pasted from my blogspot. Found this far far too easy to write.

    1)I am doing this for me!
    2)I am also doing this for my daughter
    3)My back hurts alllllll the time
    4)I find walking hard work
    5)I get out of breath too easily
    6)I want to wear nice clothes! It is really tough finding nice clothes in a size 24/26
    7)I want to wear a bra that really fits
    8)I want to be comfortable
    9)I don't want to bruise my hips sitting in a cinema seat
    10)I am going on holiday in August and I want to fit in the airplane seat!
    11)I don't want to look like a beached whale next to the pool/on the beach on holiday!
    12)I want to run around and play with my daughter, not just watch from the sidelines
    13)I don't want my daughter to be fat like me
    14)I don't want my daughter to be ashamed of me!
    15)I am sick of being "the fat one"
    16)I want people to stare at me for the right reasons, not the wrong ones
    17)I want to control my eating habits
    18)I want to enjoy exercise again!
    19)I want to get fit
    20)I want to take my daughter to the waterpark and enjoy it without feeling self conscious
    21)I live next to the beach - I want to enjoy that and make the most of it next summer!
    22)I don't want to be hot all of the time
    23)I want my health to improve
    24)I want more energy back
    25)I want to become more self confident and less self conscious
    26)I want to be a "normal" size
    27)I want to like my own reflection
    28)I want to learn to snowboard
    29)I don't want to die young because of my weight
    30)I don't want to suffer health problems in the future because of my weight
    31)I want to wear high heels again, so much easier when you aren't an elephant!
    32)I want to be healthy
    33)I want my family to be proud of me
    34)I want to show all those who don't think I can do it that they are wrong
    35)I want to increase my chances of having a fantastic job
    36)I want to be happy to be photographed, rather than shying away from the camera
    37)I want some professional photos taken of me and my daughter, and to be proud of them
    38)I want my daughter to be proud of me
    39)I want to sail again
    40)I want to be a good role model to my daughter
    41)I want to wear clothes I don't bulge out of
    42)I want to bin my big fat clothes, once and for all
    43)I want to be a role model to others
    44)I want to be happy
    45)I want to smile and laugh and not feel awkward and uncomfortable
    46)I want to wear tight clothes and feel attractive
    47)I don't want to be morbidly obese and labelled by doctors.
    48)I want to run
    49)I want to go and try clothes on in a shop and find stuff that fits
    50)I WANT TO ENJOY MY LIFE

    It's a very old stickie though. Funny how you stop "seeing" stickies. And if you're posting from a phone or a tablet you have to hit a different tab to see them.

    I kind of like this because it's asking us to come up with 50 reasons of our own, rather than adding to someone else's list.

    I'm going to have a ponder and see if I can come up with 50 reasons personal to me. Not sure if Zombie Apocalypse will feature on my list but I love the idea.

    My 50 - in no particular order.

    1. I (we) want children.
    2. Being over weight is stopping us from having our ultimate goal in life - No1
    3. I want to feel good and love myself.
    4. I want to see what my DH sees when he looks at me - struggle sometimes to believe he really wants to be with me.
    5. Want to go out and not wonder/worry what people think about me.
    6. Want to be able to go on holiday and not worry about what I can wear.
    7. Want to be confident that I will fit on any seat on a Roller Coaster and not have to queue for the oversized seat - or not go on any at all!
    8. Want to be able to walk my Choccy puppy without getting breathless or just ache - he deserves so much more!
    9. I really would love to take up running.
    10. To be able to use my Pilates machine without my boobs getting in the way.
    11. To complete the full 30 Day Shred.
    12. To go to the Gym with DH.
    13. To wear make up without thinking people will wonder what the hell.
    14. To go on a shopping spree with my DN without feeling v.out of place like Manchester in September.
    15. To confidently eat in public or just eat in public.
    16. To not worry about sitting in a chair with arms - new one that for me.
    17. Acid Reflux - enough said.
    18. Not to worry that I can't get off a sofa when out on a home visit with work (has happened before as sofa soooo low).
    19. Knee's don't hurt.
    20. Back doesn't hurt.
    21. Arms/legs don't cramp at night in bed.
    22. DH didn't end up in spare room because of my snoring.
    23. I don't feel v.embarrassed when any mention of weight/fat/health is mentioned.
    24. Not to worry about cinema/theatre seats or the poor b****r sitting next to me.
    25. To have more energy.
    26. To be able to jump on my DH without thinking about it first.
    27. To spice it up a little ;-)
    28. To be more confident ^.
    29. Future extended family gathering to be 'look at her' in a good way go for a change.
    30. To attend work events/DH work events.
    31. To be exactly what/who I know I can be.
    32. To believe it when I'm told I look beautiful.
    33. To be told I'm beautiful ;-)
    34. To combat/understand my food issues.
    35. To prove that this isn't the 'easy' route.
    36. Because I couldn't do the surgery route - scares the living daylights out of me.
    37. To stop kidding myself and stopping pretending to be giving this 100%.
    38. To wear clothes I want to wear.
    39. To actually fit in the wardrobes of clothes I have that don't fit.
    40. To wear heels - shoe passion!
    41. To wear a skirt and patterned tights.
    42. To wear pretty/sexy underwear.
    43. To have a spray tan.
    44. To have something/all waxed at a salon ;-)
    45. Not to be worried about what the future holds.
    46. To be able to step outside my comfort zone - in any situation.
    47. Not to have anymore health issues due to my weight
    48. To fit comfortably in a normal size bath.
    49. So many plans for the future - my future!!!!
    50. To enjoy the life that I have already only 100x better!!!!!!

    I'm sure I will tweak add to but looking forward to ticking some off :-D
