Day 1 to 3/4 are tough, but after that it's smooth sailing! Best of luck xx
I noticed the shakes whilst eating my soup at work- I put it in a bowl and ate with a spoon and its hard enough to eat a thin soup at the best of times! Jeez!Quote:

Hi everyone, I'm starting tomorrow. Have done lipotrim before for a bit so I know what to expect. I'm off work until Monday so I don't know if it'll be easier or harder being off. I've got nearly 4 stone to lose.
Hope the porridge is nice in the morning!
