    I started my CD yesterday and am Shaking, Hungry and have a Headache but i will get through it ...Good Luck everyone who just started
    Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2months but the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months x




    2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diet

    I noticed the shakes whilst eating my soup at work- I put it in a bowl and ate with a spoon and its hard enough to eat a thin soup at the best of times! Jeez!

    I'm on day 2 too... Not long till headaches and shakes stop for us :-)

    Hi everyone, I'm starting tomorrow. Have done lipotrim before for a bit so I know what to expect. I'm off work until Monday so I don't know if it'll be easier or harder being off. I've got nearly 4 stone to lose.
    Hope the porridge is nice in the morning!
