I did Cambridge diet a few years ago and lost a stone, i managed it for a month and then gave up due to lack of confidence.. but now Its a New Year and i thought of starting CD again with the help of Minimins.. NEW YEAR AND NEW ME!![]()

my results while on Cambridge diet (before pregnancy)
from 209 to 152 lbs
My post partum Journey with Cambridge Weight Plan and other tools...
Mini goals :
- Two perfect weeks
- Start a kettlebell Programm
- Read and implement the Beck Diet Solution
- Read and implement the 100 days diet
- Fall under 90 kilos
- Back to 88 kilos which makes me fit my first pair of bought jeans when I was on the previous diet
- 10 kilos lost !
- Back to 83 kilos, a weight where I start to feel and look good
- Back to 78 kilos and not obese anymore
- Back to 75 kilos
- Back to 72 kilos the weight I was at right at the beginning of pregnancy (BIG reward here !)
- From then we'll see.....
I need to lose 4 stone and this time i hope i get to my goal.. hope you do well ..all it takes is Will power![]()
