    Exclamation Restarting ?

    I did Cambridge diet a few years ago and lost a stone, i managed it for a month and then gave up due to lack of confidence.. but now Its a New Year and i thought of starting CD again with the help of Minimins.. NEW YEAR AND NEW ME!










    Mini-Goals
    Get through day 1..100% Done
    Get through 1 week (8 days) Done
    Lose 1 stone. Done!!
    August 6th Challenge: Lose 23lbs.
    July Challenge: Lose 1 Stone.

    Weightloss:
    Week 1: -10lbs
    Week 2: STS (blip)
    Week 3: -4lbs

    from 209 to 152 lbs





    My post partum Journey with Cambridge Weight Plan and other tools...




    Mini goals :

    • Two perfect weeks
    • Start a kettlebell Programm
    • Read and implement the Beck Diet Solution
    • Read and implement the 100 days diet
    • Fall under 90 kilos
    • Back to 88 kilos which makes me fit my first pair of bought jeans when I was on the previous diet
    • 10 kilos lost !
    • Back to 83 kilos, a weight where I start to feel and look good
    • Back to 78 kilos and not obese anymore
    • Back to 75 kilos
    • Back to 72 kilos the weight I was at right at the beginning of pregnancy (BIG reward here !)
    • From then we'll see.....

    I did cambridge diet last year and lost 4stones... and then I put about 2 back on gutted but Im back and feel really strong.. so hopefully I'll see it through to the end this time! Good luck xxx
