I have one at about 1 pm and save the rest for the late evening as thats when I struggle most xx

i find i can cope better if i have equal spacing between meals - i think your body regulates itself to expect food then :-)

I have my first shake some time between 10.30 and 13.00 normally, second one sometime between 3 and 5pm, then 3rd one around 8pm. I know from experience that I am not hungry in the morning and struggle more in the evenings, so know I am better having my shakes later in the day
