    What times do you have your meals?

    Just wondered what time everyone ate there products. I tend to eat at 8am, 1pm and 5-6pm. Day 1 has gone well just hoping I don't get evening munchies! Xxxx

    I have one at about 1 pm and save the rest for the late evening as thats when I struggle most xx

    WEEK 1:-4lbs (4 days since last weigh in)

    Week 2 +8lbs (Night out and struggled to get back on plan.

    Goal 1: Lose 1 stone


    Goal 2: Get comfotably into my size 16 high waisted shorts

    Goal 3: Lose 2 stone

    Goal 3: Lose 3 stone

    ULTIMATE GOAL: LOSE 5 STONE BY JUNE!!!

    i find i can cope better if i have equal spacing between meals - i think your body regulates itself to expect food then :-)

    I have my first shake some time between 10.30 and 13.00 normally, second one sometime between 3 and 5pm, then 3rd one around 8pm. I know from experience that I am not hungry in the morning and struggle more in the evenings, so know I am better having my shakes later in the day
