    Well am on day 3 and don't feel hungry at all since i had my porridge in the morning and i will be having my 2nd shake at 6 and the 3rd one at 10pm ...Well done me. How's everyone is doing???
    Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2months but the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months x




    2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diet
