    I'm new :)

    Hi everyone!

    My name is Jodie and I'm brand new to the forum! Already lost 1st on the CD and thought I'd have a look on here and make some CD-related friends On day 3 of my restart after Xmas and could actually eat my own arm!

    I'm in a similar position to you I lost just over a stone before Christmas and have had two weeks off, I'm on day two of my restart!
    This forum is amazing, whenever you feel like you wanna eat something just come on here and read everyone's stories and look at the pictures, they will spur you on brilliantly
    It's the most supportive, helpful thing you could ask for
