    Blood donation whilst on cd?

    Does anyone know what step you have to be on before you can do blood donation? I've had a message that stocks of my blood are low and they want people to come forward..
    any thoughts anyone I can't get hold of my counsellor
    Food addict.. Live, think, breathe food..must crack it somehow
    Goal 1- get in the 12s
    Goal 2- loose 1st overall
    Goal 3- loose 1 1/2st overall

    I think you have to be on 810........not sure but know for definate you cant on ss and ss+ x
    My goals

    To fit into a pair of primark jeans (haha)
    To be a size 16
    To be a size 14
    To be a size 12

    It's advised that you should be on 1200 cals the week before and the week after giving blood.

    thanks everyone. im going to give it a miss for the moment.. and try and plan it in a few weeks when i can hopefully do well enough to get up the steps..
