DAY 5 Wow i feel good and today i tested myself , took my boys to town and they ask for Mcdonalds i went with them order their food sit in the middle of the while they are munching their burgers and i didn't feel a thing , am so proud of myself cos i pass that test , woohoo
Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2monthsbut the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months
