I had a banging headache on day 2, so I guess day 2! But even my worst day was more than bearable![]()

Definitely the first day, I had an original porridge (as I loved the stuff pre-Cambridge!) then a banana tetra but ended up vomiting with major dizzy/ headache spells! My mum said i looked 'grey!' But the next day I was okay! Those carb / sugar withdrawals were awful!!
Starting weight 20st6
Wk 1 -7lbs, Wk 2- 2lbs, Wk 3- 6lbs, Wk 4- 1lb (TOTM), Wk 5- 9lbs, Wk 6- 3lbs, Wk 7- 1lb, Wk 8- 5lbs, Wk 9- 9lbs (wk 5!), Wk 10 +8lbs (fat camp gain!)
Day 4 was horrific for me. It wasn't so much the hunger but the games my mind was playing on me. I swear it was trying to convince me that I didn't even want to loose weight haha but woke on day 5 feeling like a new woman and never looked back since
