    so after taking a side on photo and Seeing what I have done decided 2013 is my year to be in the club with the fit lads and not one of those lads which used to look at fit looking lads wishing I looked like them. so day 6 nearly over and I have lost 10lb was 15.6 stone ad now 14.10 target goal is 12 stone ish .... never done a diet before but it's working

    I know how you feel, I'm sick of being the fat friend in the pics with al my friends, it's soul destroying!
    So I took on the role as the "funny" one, Problem being that I'm not all that funny!
    My friends are all so supportive... until it comes to the weekend and they want to go out on the piss lol!
    I'm on day 7 now and still 100%, I'm having 2 weigh's a week, lost 11lbs yesterday! Tis diet is incredible, but it requires so much will power! Good luck xx

    WEEK 1:-11lbs!!! (only been 4 days since last weighed!!!)

    WEEK 1:-4lbs (4 days since last weigh in)

    Week 2 +8lbs (Night out and struggled to get back on plan.

    Goal 1: Lose 1 stone


    Goal 2: Get comfotably into my size 16 high waisted shorts

    Goal 3: Lose 2 stone

    Goal 3: Lose 3 stone

    ULTIMATE GOAL: LOSE 5 STONE BY JUNE!!!

    Hi David, I'm only on my second day but certainly woke up this morning with a spring in my step! Took the kids to play this morning & then for lunch. I sat with my water & watched them scoff paninis & jacket potatoes covered in tuna & cheese. Made me feel really quite pissed off but only at myself for letting me get this way in the first place!
    Back home now, had a hot chocolate mint shake, it was awesome!! Chilli soup & apple porridge is delish too!!!

    I keep getting the 50 off text from dominos I'm so having one once I've got to my goal ... followed by a good gym work out lol

    Thats my plan too LMAO! I have a bet on with my Father-in-law, He's also dieting, not CD though, its a race to 12 stone, the loser has to take the winner to the mandarin buffet (basically just a HUGE chinese buffet, its my fave restaurant)
    But yeah, that'll be followed with gym and swimming!xx

    Its about a stone a month on this plan, but for men it tends to drop off faster, there was a guy on here not long ago, Lazarus was his name I think, and he was losing like 7lbs every week!xx
