Started on step 2 yesterday, I wanted to be able to eat some normal food as I travel and stay in hotels a lot for work.
Started at 9stone 13lbs, target 8stone 4lbs.
Have felt a bit rough, had a bad tummy for the 2 days! There must be an ingredient that doesn't agree with me.
So far I have tried 2 porridge flavours and didn't like them! Shakes and bars are fine.
Looking for encouragement here!
good luck with the diet, im back for the 2nd time to loose 1.5 stone, keep focused and you'll be just fine
Thanks, any tips on dissolving the soups and shakes, I end up with lumps of powder!
