I lost 24lb on CD last Oct/Nov but had to stop for personal reasons. I'm now raring and ready to go again. however, I have been stuck in London without access to my shakes. I want to get started!! I do ss+ as it's easier for me to manage. I'm going to have 3 ss+ meals until I get back Sat morning. but I can't remember the quantities or or what veg!! ahhh.... help!!!
