Thread: Day 3 on ss+ and very bloated is this normal ???

    Current BMI: 28.8
    Goal BMI: 25.2


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st9lb
    % Lost 3.66%

    Day 3 on ss+ and very bloated is this normal ???

    Hi guys just after some reassurance , im on day 3 SS+ , im feeling very bloated...im drinking plenty of water doing everything by the book,

    so just wanted to know if this is normal

    week 1 - 4lb ---------- 1 inch off waist and bust and 0.5 inch off my hips
    week 2 - 3lb ---------- 1 inch off waist and 0.5 inch off my thighs ------ lost half stone

    hey there,

    im brand new on here too, i just joined today and im on day 6. I felt horribly bloated yesterday, and today my stomach is still very swollen. Ive had lots of water, more than you should, so i couldnt understand it either. But i have been a bit, ahem, less regular this week so im guessing its that? I did feel quite a bit better this morning.

    Good luck, sorry i dont know more.

    Ladies this is normal be careful with the water intake though I know u should have at least 2.5 litres a day but don't go overboard and the less regular is also normal good luck on your journey girls xx
