Starting Phase 2 - Setting a new goal

Hi all

I can't believe am ending into my 20th week on the CWP.
Had a 2 week break over Xmas and only gained 2lbs. I really want 2013 to be my year and kick this weight I've been carrying for the last 10 years into touch!

I love to hear how everyone is getting one with starting back after Xmas

Well done - 2lb is a nothing to put on over xmas!

I've lost 63lbs - 4st 7lbs. Really delighted with that!

Im on day 13 now lol - want to lose 2stone x
