im soooooo delighted to be able to say i had lost 9lb 14oz at weigh in yesterday! In one week! A wee bit annoyingly i was 15st and 8oz so those 14's are *still* evading me but only just.
I hope everyone else is doing well too. I managed to take my kid to a birthday party today and avoid all the food, AND shamelessly make and have my shake on the bus home. Hehe.
Week 1: -9lb 14oz
"suffer the pain of discipline, or suffer the pain of regret" (oh how i have experienced the latter over the years on one diet or another...)
