    Question First AAM week, how much do you think I will lose??

    I've lost -
    Wk 1 - 7 & 3/4lbs
    Wk 2 - 3 & 1/2lbs
    Wk 3 - 3 & 1/2lbs
    Wk 3 - 3lbs
    so far!!!

    Can I expect the same??

    9 Stone is my new goal!

    % Lost 8.84%
    I've only done one AAM in the six months I've been on CD and lost 4lb that week.

    Even if you lose a little less than you normally would, you'll probably make up for it the following week.
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb


    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)






    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

    It's really a very individual thing as we all lose weight at different weekly rates. I usually found that my loss slowed down on week 4, but AAM seemed to give it a kick start so my loss was usually really good that week.

    I loved AAM weeks and felt I learnt soo much about myself doing them

    Current Weight 9st3lb
