9 Stone is my new goal!

I've only done one AAM in the six months I've been on CD and lost 4lb that week.![]()
Even if you lose a little less than you normally would, you'll probably make up for it the following week.

WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)

It's really a very individual thing as we all lose weight at different weekly rates. I usually found that my loss slowed down on week 4, but AAM seemed to give it a kick start so my loss was usually really good that week.
I loved AAM weeks and felt I learnt soo much about myself doing them![]()
