i've lost 2 stone on sole source +. i'm hoping i can move to step 2 soon when i hit bmi 25 plus one stone. has anyone else moved through the steps?
should i stay on step 2 until i get to my goal and then move through the steps or should i just move through the steps and hope i keep losing?
i will ask my councillor but i've had better advice from people on here.
