    2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2 weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diets
    Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2months but the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months x

    @Mrs P i was on SS for 2 weeks but tomorrow i will be doing SS+ with 2 shakes and a meal , instead of 3 shakes and a meal hun x
