    Current BMI: 39.1
    Goal BMI: 24.5

    Total Weight Loss: 1st11lb

    Help needed!

    Hi, my CDC had upped my plan to ss+ I am on day 14 and day 2 of plus! Last 2 days I have literally only mad 2 shakes a day and a 200cal meal from the food list and water! Really have struggled to try getting 3rd down! Tonight I can't even face it! What will happen? Will this harbour loss or make me feel crud! Any info greatly received! Also are the losses still as good as ss xxx

    % Lost 3.86%
    Have you tried the tetras? They are a lot easier to get down I find.

    Or if it's the transition from ss to ss+ that's making it difficult perhaps try making your veg allowance from salad leaves so you're less full?

    I suppose at least you're not having all your meals and wanting more!

    Hi MrsP,

    Im on the 810 step which sound very similar to your step. I was wondering at what time of the day are you having the meal?
    At the begining I felt fitting in the 3rd shake was difficult but made myself do it. Then I ate my meal earlier in the day and having the 3 shakes was easier.
    Taking it all one day at a time!
