Hi Sam, I'm doing ok n yh that meal defo keeps me focused thru the day lol. Quorn mince with broccoli 2nitedon't sound like a lot but it tastes like heaven I've been so hungry
ive weighed myself 2day (day 3) n I no I shouldn't but wait lol 3lb loss so well happy with that lol

I have just started week 14 and had to have a step 2 week last were. I literally only ate eggs and broccoli... I couldn't get enough of them lol
It's shocking how good they taste lol. I've just got me a tiny plate so don't eat 2 much but so satisfying who'd ov thought it lol xxx

I'm worried about working up the steps. I found I was so full after my 200 kcal meal that it seems strange to think that on step 6 we will be eating a lot more. Poached eggs and broccoli is now my favourite meal haha
Lol yh that sounds crazy loloon ino yh I think that I think asking as its healthy food at step 6 we shud b ok xx
