Hi all, end of day 3 n it's takeaway Friday in my houselol hubby had chicken curry n chips n kids had a chippy n yes I resisted n had some minging quorn mince n broccoli couldn't eat that quorn (dog food) so had 6 pieces of broccoli
already got my meal ready 4 2 mora having chicken n mushroom cooked in fat free yogurt with coriander n spinach which is making me so excited!
Proud of myself for not giving in 2nitebig step for me lol
drank all my recommended water 2day n feeling good![]()
