    Takeaway Friday :(

    Hi all, end of day 3 n it's takeaway Friday in my house lol hubby had chicken curry n chips n kids had a chippy n yes I resisted n had some minging quorn mince n broccoli couldn't eat that quorn (dog food) so had 6 pieces of broccoli already got my meal ready 4 2 mora having chicken n mushroom cooked in fat free yogurt with coriander n spinach which is making me so excited!

    Proud of myself for not giving in 2nite big step for me lol

    drank all my recommended water 2day n feeling good

    I'm so bad when it comes to takeaways, i find it so hard not to have a taste or bite of what my bf is having when im sitting there with my soup! ahah

    Ohh just reading your post - I am starting SS+ on Monday - but I don't get to eat anything or should I be? I don't know how it works - with ss1 do you have 3 shakes & a 200kcal meal?

    thanx all i feel well chuffed. i havent given in to tempation n ive had sooo much temping food round me this weekend

    on the ss+ diet i have 3 shakes n a healthy meal. try to make it 200cals.
    i eat chicken n veg
    or tuna salad etc
    gonna try to spice it up a bit this week and enjoy it xx
