    Cambridge Diet - Looking for advice from men

    hi, i start the CD in a few days for the first time ever and i would like a bit of advice from men who have done the CD and lost a lot of weight.

    i'm 20 stone and i'm a bit worried with my weight lose as i have a rather broad chest, i'm worried that it will sag when i lose weight.

    I'm not a man, but if u do some muscle building work in ur chest? This may help also, buy a firming cream- I know it's a woman's thing mainly but this will help too

    thanks for your advice.

    the muscle building is that after i have lost the weight or during? i dont think you can exercise to much when on the sole source.

    During, just a little bit- the dangerous thing to do on this diet, is to push urself or to do cardio - just a few exercises to help tone

    When my hubby did this he didn't have that problem when he lost his weight so I wouldn't worry about it

    Week 1: - 7lbs

    Week 5: - 1lb
    Week 6: - 2.5lbs
    Week 7: - 3lbs
    Week 8: - 0.5lbs
    Week 9: - 4.5lbs
    Week 10 & 11: break & no weigh in
    Week 12: - 2lbs
    Week 13: - 4.5lbs
    Week 14: - 2lbs SS+
    Week 15: - 1lb SS+

    Total loss: 2st 10lbs
    Current weight: 9st 12lbs

    Goal weight: 9st
