Start weight: 11 stone 6 lbs
Week 1: 11 stone (-6lbs)
Week 2: 10 stone 12lbs (-2lbs)TOTAL: (-8lbs)
Week 3: 10 stone 9lbs (-3lbs)TOTAL: (-11lbs)
Week 4: 10 stone 7lbs (-2lbs)TOTAL: (-13lbs)
Few weeks down the line: 10 stone 4lbs (-3lbs)

Even further few weeks down the line: 10 stone 1 3/4lbs (-2.25lbs)

To lose 3 stones by end of March
Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2monthsbut the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months

2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diet

I would LOVE just LOVE to have gotten into the 14s numbers in 6weeks that's 21lbs :-D
