    Current BMI: 25.2

    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st8lb

    SMART goals

    CWP says that we should all have SMART goals and this will help us lose weight.

    My SMART goal is to lose 1 stone by 22nd February, to look fab in a dress I've seen to my friend's wedding.

    What's yours?
    Start weight: 11 stone 6 lbs

    Week 1: 11 stone (-6lbs)
    Week 2: 10 stone 12lbs (-2lbs) TOTAL: (-8lbs)
    Week 3: 10 stone 9lbs (-3lbs) TOTAL: (-11lbs)
    Week 4: 10 stone 7lbs (-2lbs) TOTAL: (-13lbs)

    Few weeks down the line : 10 stone 4lbs (-3lbs) TOTAL: (-16lbs)

    Even further few weeks down the line : 10 stone 1 3/4lbs (-2.25lbs) TOTAL: (18.25lbs)

    Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2months but the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months x




    2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diet

    Start Weight: 22st9lb
    Current Weight: 15st13lb
    Goal Weight: 12st7lb
    Goal Date: 2013 some time

    I would LOVE just LOVE to have gotten into the 14s numbers in 6weeks that's 21lbs :-D



    Started CD 09/03/12 on 1200 plan due to being on Warfarin

    MARCH 2012- Jan 2013- from 22st 9lbs to 15st 13lbs =94lbs


    Feb 2013 CWP stopped due to Gallbladder probs, just waiting to start WW after birthday then healthy weight here i come, just a little slower than before
