This week I gained 1lb!! Opps. I haven't been very well and I know I ate more for my meal. But didn't eat any carbs.
Try harder this week, but it's really disappointing to gain

I was told by my CDC that some weeks I'll put weight on even if I follow to the letter, could be body in water retaintion ect
Don't worry too much
Will balance out next week
It's not a question of trying harder, sometimes that are larger forces at work. I bet you have a big loss this week. Don't be disheartened, you did great sticking to it when ill anyway.
The clue to why is in "haven't been well". :hug99: Whenever we're poorly the body holds on to more water - it makes it easier for the body to fight infection. It'll come off again really soon. As Chlo says, no need to try harder.
