    Smile Hi

    Hi All,

First of all i would like to thank this forum for inspiring me to carry on.

I am in my 4th week of the diet, and with a loss of 10lbs in 3 weeks (not very impressive i know) i am really getting fed up now!
I was making "some food" for my teen today and was physically shaking with cravings.....its madness i nearly caved in but luckily had some chicken slices which calmed me down!

Anyhow, i sat here thinking perhaps i should switch over to Atkins, but re-reading all the posts here i have the will power to go on for another week!

    So once again thank you.

I want to lose a further 3 stones by May...possible??

Hi. 10lbs is great better off then on so don't be so hard on yourself. Just keep going. This diet IS amazing and u will soon see a massive difference. Well done on not caving in. You mentioned chicken slices, how do you cook the chicken? Also are you drinking lots of water? My first two weeks weren't great losses I later found out I needed to add an extra litre to my water list. The more you drink (water ) the more you shrink I promise. Xx

Hi Babycham sorry for the late reply, don't have a computer at the moment.

In answer to your question I boil and slice chicken breasts for kids to put in their sandwiches..so it was a slice of that.

In regards to water I do drink a lot 4-6 liters a day.....after a week of STS I have lost another 6 lbs... So 4 weeks and 16 lbs...

    I'm so happy.
If I'm honest I've just realised (as I write this) how much I have actually lost!!!!!
As I have really struggled this time round......so anyone starting out please stick with it.

    X

Awe wow that's a fab loss and definitely motivating too. I'm so pleased for u. The reason I asked about chicken was, I had a friend who would buy packs of ham and chicken and eat them but didn't have good losses due to the sugar in them.
Anyway you really have done great. Well done xx

I think that's for people with less to lose, because at my biggest it took around 2 and a half stone to lose a dress size!

    Thanks for all the replies.
I am gonna try stick to it till sunday, had a bad night last as I ate everything in sight!!!
Considering Juddding from Monday...as everyone there seem to be doing great.
My only concern is I find it difficult to eat less after I have had a full day eating!
Perhaps it would be easier just to stick with CD. That way I knw wht I am allowed and what I'm not.

Sorry for the ramble, hope everyones doing well.

I find being on CD an easier plan because it takes you away from food completely for a while, I think it's easier to go off plan or cheat with other diets. But thats just me x
