Hi and welcome, I had it after a couple of days and also have it if I have my products too close together I think its because all the vitamins and minerals that my body is not used to! However the diet is amazing so I can put up with it as the results are really good! I dont suffer from constipation luckily x

    Hi lii,

The first week i started it i was constantly on the toilet especially after drinking the chocolate milkshake, I think it just didn't agree with me because as soon as I used to drink it my tummy would rumble angrily!

Now i have cut back on the chocolate shakes, and 4 weeks in i am constipated (sorry tmi) even though I drink nearly 6 litres of water a day!

I think your body will adjust to the new way of eating,

    Good Luck
    x
