I think you'd be better off having your 3 shakes and skipping the meal, to be honest. That way you can be sure that you've had all the protein, fat, carb, fibre, vitamins and minerals you need for the day. The 200 cal meal just can't compete with the nutritional value of the third shake.
Believe it or not, it can be counterproductive to only have 2 shakes. You need the full range of nutrients in order to do fat burning most effectively.

I asked my cdc the same as I was struggling and was told the shakes were priority :-)
Started my weightloss journey 3/1/13

Hi MrsP I was doing ss+ last week and i couldn't eat the 3rd meal too so am back to SS just having 2 shakes per day and i know i will have a good loss too cos last week i only lost 1.5lbs but the time i was doing ss i lost 7lbs in week 1 and another 7 in week 2.
Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2monthsbut the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months

2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diet
