I'm officialy on sole source + but made the decision to only have three packs and do just sole source except for special occasions (if we have friends round etc) when I can have chicken salad or something...but I keep picking on stuff and I can feel myself getting worse. I'm only picking on bits that are low/no carb like wafer thin ham or chicken slices and the odd sliver of cheese but getting really annoyed with myself cause my sneaky trips to the fridge are getting more frequent. It doesn't seem to have affected my weight loss (had 6 stone to lose three weeks ago, 21 lbs gone already) but I still feel peed off. Just needed to vent. Got family round tomorrow so going to have my first 'meal' ..maybe after that I'll be able to give myself a good talking to and get my CD halo back in place.
Would love to hear how others are doing... especially if you have/had about 6 ish stone to lose like me x

Plus it's slippery slope stuff. This week you're justifying ham and cheese, next week you convince yourself that you can have it in a sandwich... Plus plus - while you have 6 stones to lose you can get away with the odd thing or two, but once you've lost another stone or two it'll really start hampering your progress.
