    Help!

    Hello everyone!

    I am on day 4 now and although I have been hungry in the past days, this morning I woke up feeling terrible! I am still in bed because everytime I stand up I feel like I am going to faint. Also, I am shaking really badly! Even moving my arms feels hard. Is this normal?! What can I do?

    I feel so close to giving up now.. Feeling terrible

    Do not give up.... but you need to have a shake straight away.

    Day 4 is always the day I go into ketosis, so you shouldn't have long left. Stick with it I am confident you will feel better in less than 24 hours.

    With regards to the shakes and feeling faint, that happened to me once when my blood sugar was low (I left too long between shakes), as soon as I had something I felt alot better, but it was a scary 20 minutes.

    Chlo's right - this is the ketosis "hump". You're about to feel a lot better - just hang in there for a few more hours. Drink some water (ketosis is dehydrating), have a shake, take some paracetamol if you need to, but try try try not to give up!
