Hi eveyone, after failing the diet last year, i'm back again, last time I was on the diet I didn't do any exercise and I ended up with no muscle tone which looked horrible. Since then i've been toning at the gym but of course in the process i've regained the weight i lost due to not climbing up the steps on cambridge.
For anyone who has done the diet properly, how did you maintain your muscle whilst on the diet? It's a big concern for me, also, how has it effected your metabolism, i'll admit i'm terrified of the thought of never being able to eat properly again due to regaining.
Also how has exercise effected your loses? Did it interfere? I was thinking of doing brisk walking for an hour a day combined with the 30 day shred.
