    Cool FEBRUARY CHALLENGE!

    Well, we are very very close to the end of January now...and having hit my January target already, I thought it might be time to set up the February challenge! Copy and add yourself below... I am going for 16lb because 16lb off will take me down to 299lb

    10lb off = LOWEST WEIGHT IN 15 YEARS!!! (18st 8lb)

    1lb off = 6st 7lb off (18st 2lb) DONE 21/05/2013
    1lb off = Below 18st! (17st 13lb)
    5lb off = 7stone off!! (17st 9lb)
    7lb off = 100lb off!!! (17st 7lb)

    I want to get in the low 12stone range so about another 21lb which would be an approximate 5lb a week :-)

    I want to be size 16 by the end of February so i will say am going for 16lbs and that will be 4lbs per week.
    Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2months but the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months x




    2nd Weigh in and lost another 7lbs and that a stone in 2weeks , am so chuffed...Am loving this Diet

    Long term goal - Get to 180 and work up the steps correctly

    9lbs for me - I am not going to aim too high as I only lost 5lbs on 1st weigh in & sneaky peeks on scales haven't shown then going down (

    I need to increase my water - and I'm going on a piss up in Dublin min-month (

    It would take me to 13stone ...so 9lb yes please!
