    5lb off = Below 19st! (18st 13lb) Done 10/09/2013
    10lb off = 6st off (again) (18st 9lb) Done 10/9/2013
    2lb off = 6st 7lb off (18st 2lb) Done 17/09/2013
    2lb off = Below previous lowest weight of 18st and in to the 17's!
    6lb off = 7st off (17st 9lb)
    8lb off = 7st 2lb off - 100lb gone!!! (17st 7lb)
    11lb off = 7st 5lb off - 2st off since restart - before 08/10/2013 (birthday!) (17st 4lb)
    13lb off = 7st 7lb off (17st 2lb)
    16lb off = 7st 10lb off and in to the 16's!!!!!! (16st 13lb - that would be bloody amazing!)

    Cambridge hiatus for planned elbow surgery 23/05/2013, followed by unplanned emergency gallbladder surgery 20/06/2013 with complications that lead to a much longer than planned break. All better now (finally). Restart 03/09/2013 at 19st 4lb. Have regained 18lb in 4 months off plan, still 75lb/5st5lb down on the start of the year! Going to be at target for Christmas 2013

    Hi Guys

    Please can i join you? Ive lost six and a half stone so far and i have another four - four and half to go, really could do with some buddies during this last stretch! I start back tomorrow, got my shakes ready, gonna have one before bed so i feel like ive already started when i get up tom!!! Would be great to have some support during those days were you really want to eat, my loved ones are amazeballs but it always helps to have someone in the same boat doesnt it! I only eat the lactose free choc shakes and they are thrown down my neck without stopping as i hate hate hate milkshakes, the choc one is the only one i can tolerate. looks like your all doing great so far xxx

    Well done on your losses up until now. YOU CAN DO IT. I have 2 and a half stone to go. Hoping for a good loss tomorrow night . Have you tried any other shakes recently? A lot of us have found our taste buds changed over time.

    Ah thanks, good luck for your weight in tom, am sure youll do fab. Think im gonna weigh in on sunday mornings. Hate the first few days back on but fingers crossed i can get back on! ive done it before so i know once im in swing of it i can do it, i just find the first few days really hard! Ive tried the porridge, not even bothered with the soups or other shakes this time (tried them last year) they also have to be lactose free for me, so i know i can tolerate the choc ones so tend to just stick to them! i didnt like the porridge either! do you eat anything along with the shakes or are you totally sole sourcing? x

    Oo can't wait to try these lemon bars. I have lost nearly 4 stone however I have been so so bad lately. Need to get myself back into ketosis. Another 4 stone to go. xx

    I'm totally SS'ing. Had my step 2 week at 12 weeks but didn't enjoy it at all. Was nice to have food but I'm determined to SS until I'm at least a stone away from goal.

    How are you finding it now? I found day 4 horrific then woke up on day 5 feeling like a new woman lol

    Buddy wanted

    Hello there I am a newbie to all of this , living in Australia and don't think we have a forum like this as the diet not known that well here so would love to join in. I'm on week 2 of sole source and feels llke the loss is much slower this week.
    I lost 7ib 2 in week 1 and weigh in Thursday but so far looks like only lost 2lb. Any advice or tips I have never done this diet before and have 4 stone to lose.

    Hi Missyp,

    try and drink LOADS of water, if you think you've drank enough than drink some more. it helps massively!
    Also what products are you eating? I was eating two bars a day previously and found my weight loss had slowed down alot. some people have different limits when it comes to ketosis, maybe your just on the edge but not quite in it.
    Try just having the shakes or soups for a while and see if that makes a difference.

    I've got around 4(ish) stone to lose but anything would be great at the moment lol!

    I find porridge fab it really makes a difference eating somethong hot in the morning it is so cold right now
    looking forward to weigh in saturday will be 3 weeks for me then
    have about 5-6 stone to loose do will b here for a while

    Katejames_1989 Ah thanks hun. Im going to weigh in on saturdays or sundays i think. Although i didnt end up starting yesterday, today is day 1! so sunday this week is prob a little to early to weigh in, might try and last til the following sunday! i do feel like a new woman, thank you, i just need to get this last stretch out the way, i wont rest until ive done it now, but theres been so much going on that ive been wasting time really and not got myself in the zone! But ive just ordered myself a fab fab fab dress to wear when ive finished, im hoping to get beyonce tickets for may so i intend to debut my dress then ha ha! Fingers crossed we will do it, its good to have a bunch of people all wanting to lose similar amounts, its makes you realise how achieveable it is if we knuckle down! hope your having good day. x
