3.5lbs loss and 10 inches loss that makes 18.5 in 1 month am soo chaffed
Well not impressed with my loss 2nite i only manage to lose exactly 1.5lbs which took me to 2stone in 2monthsbut the good thing is i lost 16inch in 2months
