Hey hopefullucy,

I felt like this last week, totally fell off it, and the next day just got back on it, you really want to loose the weight so try and stay strong, it's not easy, I know, but you will feel even more down if you are eating junk. It's a never ending battle! But you can do it with this diet, and quickly too. Try and stay focused and try and fill up on water. Think of summer coming and how nice it will be to not feel uncomfortable , and wear those nice clothes. Now I'm going to practice wot I preach!! Good luck ?

God it is tough isn't it? I watch a lot of fat programmes to keep me motivated. For example I have just watched 3 episodes of Super fat v super skinny on youtube. For some reason it keeps me on the straight and narrow - hopefully soon to be narrower. I fell off the wagon big time for over 8 months. I am really regretting it now, but it is what it is. I do not however beat up on myself anymore and I think that is much healthier for me. If I have a blip - large or small - I'm planning to accept it as I am only human with human frailties. If it slows my weightloss it might cost me more money but I will not let it cost me self-esteem. You have done amazingly well so far so I think you should be celebrating your success. Remind yourself why you started this journey and what you hope to get out of it. Take it a step at a time. Have you set any mini-goals with a nice reward at the end? I buy myself clothes or make-up every week I can post a loss no matter how small. You are still here which is massive. We all believe in you so you should too. Lots of positive thoughts coming your way x.

Thank you for those kind words :) x I do beat myself up... I feel like I'm failing but I've lost a stone and a half and haven't put it all back on... Xxx :)

I am soo in the zone today... Have even tidied my home! :) positive mental attitude... How are you today? X excited to be back with cambridge and to see the scales start dropping? X

It's great that you are feeling so positive, I am in the zone too. I don't SS at the weekend so not too sure what the scales will say on Monday, but am sticking to my plan so feeling very strong. When do you weigh in?

I weigh in Fridays... It had been Mondays but my weekend is normally my weak point so changed to Fridays so my post weigh in enthusiasm gets me through... I weighed in at 12.10.5 last night... My mini goal is to break the 12st barrier... It's been 5 years + since I was 11st something... X what do you do at weekends then? How does it affect your losses? X

I do a plan similar to Cambridge through the week (Dietimeal), vlc real food on a Saturday and general low cal real food on Sunday. The idea is that my metabolic rate will not drop as I will be having food at the weekend. That way I will be able to stay on plan for longer. Last time I was ss the whole time and had good weight loss, but not as good as others on the plan. I also did not lose appetite with ketosis so was hungry for 6 months straight. It got too hard to maintain always being really hungry so this time I have decided to make sure at least one day a week I am not starving. Only coming to end of 2nd week so not sure how it will impact on weight loss. Will keep you posted.

I think it's important to find what works for you... :) I know that if I add food I go off track... I was fine when I first started but then got lax and cheated myself with bigger portions or my own rule ... If no one saw me eat it it doesn't count! It's mad what we do... I am doing 14 days of just the soups shakes and bars to get myself properly back in the zone and then I may introduce a small protein and salad meal... Can't wait to hear how it works out for you :) x x
