    Microwaving shakes?

    Does anyone microwave there shakes? I know it says on the back the were not meant to but it's impossible to get them lump free with not being able to use the shaker with hot water?

    Invest in an electric handblender - a Braun Multiquick or something similar. No lumps when you mix it using one of those, and if you're going to be doing Cambridge for a while it's well worth buying one!

    Definitely no microwaving, I'm afraid, cos it damages the nutrients. The only product you can microwave is the porridge (it has extra nutrition added to compensate for that lost during microwaving).

    If your making soups use your shakes with about an inch to two of cold water shake it really well and then stir in the hot water using a spoon, never shake the hot or put the lid back on the shaker once hot water is in. Works a treat

    1, To manage to get through one day without cheating
    2, To get to 10,5 again my lowest weight since pregnancy
    3, Reach my target weight of 9,10/ 10st
    4, Exercise 3/4 times per week
    5, Make time for myself each week
