    Total Weight Loss: 0st10.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st9.5lb
    % Lost 5.38%

    My 100% weekend

    I have been good as gold since my Friday night weigh in and stuck to the plan... Including my water intake... To the T! This morning my scales are showing I'm 4lb down! If that isn't motivation for the week ahead I don't know what is ! x x x we can do this!!!! X
    Started Cambridge Diet 12/11/12...

    I have to make THIS diet work...

    They have always been my west part of the week in relation to cambridge... I've swapped my WI to a Friday at 4.30 so I have my fresh post weigh in enthusiasm to get me through! Am feeling great!
