How to plan for a weekend away.
Hi everyone! I am going to Paris at the end of Feb for 4 nights, and there's not point lying, I will not be sticking to the plan when I'm away! I plan on taking some shakes and bars with me.. but other than that I will be eating out and generally enjoying a lovely weekend away with my boyfriend.
I spoke to my consultant today and we thought maybe moving up to step 2 the week before I go so my body gets used to more calories. My main issue is that I'm vegetarian so it's going to be so hard to try stick to low carb when I'm in Paris, it's notoriously difficult to eat anything veggie in Paris anyway lol. If I was a meat eater at least I could have meat and veg.
Anyone got any advice? Is going up to step 2 the week before the best idea?
