Me too. Day two nearly completed and am feeling good, there is a hint of a headache, but nothing problematic yet. Is your signature weight loss from CD? Looks great.

I usually have first one either 10ish before my gym or after at about half one!!! Have you tried the porridge..............i love it but most people hate it!!
Havent made the appointment with my CDC yet as using up a weeks worth of shakes I had left over...........was thinking about trying the slim and save shakes but im thinking that if i see a consultant it will kick my arse into being totally on it.
That's exactly wat I'm doing! Weighed in on my scales as got over a week of shakes to keep me going! Mind u so bloody expensive don't u think but will make one next week!

yeah i know it is pretty expensive but needs must have a holiday in 6 weeks and starting to panic lol.
Have you had a look at the slim and save its really cheap as is maxitone meal replacement shakes hun x
Lanzarote then to mexico later in the year with weddings in between the getting married year after so really need to shape up x
