From SW to CD

Hi All hope someone can help...

I have been doing slimming world for four weeks and feel stuck so thinking of doing cambridge diet

I've done it before but found out I was pregnant so had to stop, how much to people lose weekly? And how much does it cost on a weekly basis? I know it's around £40

Hi hun, I know how u feel, I couldn't get my head around SW.

My Cambridge consultant charges £2 for shakes and soups, £2.10 for tetras and bars. Prices vary depending on who you see, but it normally costs between £40-45pw for me.

Same for me, £2 a soup and a porridge, so £42 per week
Tetras are shakes already made, quite handy to have as you can bring it with you anywhere.
Losses are roughly one stone per month
