Ok just spoke to my CDC and starting again tomorrow lost 2.5 stone sept to nov last year then had time off plan. Have put 7 lbs back on now 11.8 and want to get down to about 9 stone. Started at 13.5 so hoping can do as well as I did before. Actually quite excited to start again. I've missed the simplicity of knowing what I'm doing glutton for punishment eh???
