I just want to plan properly. I want to be totally off the diet by June 7th as that's when we go on holiday. I need to know how I do the steps and for how long? Do I go on to each step for a week for example?

Week 10 & 11: break & no weigh in

I do believe all the details are in the book that we are given at the beginning. Apologies if I am wrong. I believe it should take at least 7 weeks to work your way up the plans
