fat free / calorie free non oil based dressings
I'm on step 2 and its day 3, i've read through the booklet a number of times and i'm confused please help.....
Which Dressings can I have?
Am I allowed Garlic?
also in the booklet there is Chinese Stir Fried Prawns and greens..... this is serves with rice noodles 30g dried weight each.
there is no mention of rice noodles on the allowed foods or vegtables on the step 2 pages can i actually have these????
all help much appreciated.
